![]() We used to think that the loss of teeth was only for old people, however, according to reports from the National Centre for Information About Oral Hygiene (NOHIC), loss of teeth are anytime, but there are some simple steps to keep your teeth and gums healthy, which basically consist on visit your dentist regularly. The plaque is a major source of damage to teeth, and it is composed of masses of invisible germs that are damaging the mouth and stick to the teeth when we eat. Some types of plaque cause dental decay, and/or cause plaque in the gums. Oral health is an integral part of overall health, it is acquired through good habits from the earliest stages of life to safely ensure a healthy life. Our mouth is the first gateway to the body responds to the outside world, but it also reflects what is happening in our inner universe.
